3rd International festival of nonprofessional choirs and orchestras in Tuscany (Italy)
TUSCANY – The land of cypresses and rolling hills
Italy's most popular holiday region is known for its zest for life, its culinary delights and its rich culture. Approximately half of the world's artistic treasures are found on Italian soil, and Tuscany is certainly home to a goodly part of these. Florence is the region's capital and, thanks to its strong concentration of cultural artifacts, counts as one the world's most interesting cities. Pisa, whose leaning tower must be famous throughout the world, is also strongly popular amongst tourists. Other cities of interest are Lucca - home of Giacomo Puccini - and Siena, held by many to be Tuscany's most beautiful city.
